The CACAO commonly called cocoa bean is dried and fully fermented in our cocoa house where after the wonderful process of extraction, fermentation and transformation begins giving us the exquisite products listed below:

  1. Cocoa nibs. These are crushed cocoa beans which works really well in your meal,breakfast,desserts,salad and even main course.
  2. Creole grating cocoa. Fermented, dried, roasted, separated from their skins, melted to become liqour,add spices and then left to cooled.
  3. Cocoa butter. Pale yellow in colour, edible vegetable fat extracted from the cocoa bean it is used in making chocolate,ointments,toiletries, and pharmaceuticals.
  4. Cocoa powder. The end product of the cocoa bean,natural cocoa powder has a light brown colour and contains minerals such as calcium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and zinc.
